I personally think 115 is a bit much for someone your height. When I was 128 I was too skinny. You're life, do what you want.
I don't know... depends on her frame. I'm 5'5" and I felt perfect at 100lbs-- I was very athletic at the time and in excellent physical shape. I feel very out of shape now at 107. I do have a pretty small frame- I wear size 6 shoes and my ring size is 4.5. If I had a larger bone structure pretty sure I'd look skeletal!
Anyway-- 115 may be just perfect for the OP!
5'5" is kind of tall; 100lbs. seems really skinny.0 -

I feel the same... I know that everyone is built differently and carries weight differently, but there IS a limit in both directions and, while I'm not saying you can't go there, be careful... 5'5" and 100 lbs is very thin.0 -

Hey gal! I'm:
5'6
CW: 138
GW:130-135
115 is really small, but it depends on your frame. My best friend is 115 and 5'4 and that looks normal to me. She couldn't believe I'm 138, she thought I was for sure in the 120s... everyone carries weight differently, and you will know when you get to where you want to be regardless of the number!!0 -

I'm 45 and 5'6"..... THAT won't change, so working on the weight! :0
SW: 214, heaviest ever
CW: 184..... currently 30# lost! Half way to GW! August---->December, just under 5 months.
GW: 154, maybe 140's if I can keep it up. If I can do another 5 months, that'll be spring and almost summer and anniversary and pre-birthday.....
Wish me luck!
having GREAT fun with size 10 jeans (down from 16) and med tops (down from XL)
finally got my first "have you lost weight?" from a coworker...sheesh, finally! Now the comments are coming more often....also great fun!!
Best NSV achievement so far was getting out of the 'obese' BMI.0 -

GW: 135ish. I have a curvier frame. As much as I'd like to see the 120's, I'd look sickly.0 -
5'6"
Was about 130 pre-pregnancy
Now I'm 172, and my goal is 125.
I want to look better than ever.0 -
5'2.5" (Close enough right??)
CW: 133
GW: Between 120 and 125
I feel as though without toning and weight lifting (so just running long miles), I was very thin/skinny at 128. But when I'm lifting heavy and very toned at 126-128, I looked awesome. So maybe toned and at 125 would be a happy medium?

GW: 135-ish - like many others, it's been so long, I've no idea what I'll look like at that point. I weighed less in college, but I'm just aiming for 'healthy, fit, and feel good with my shape'!
Whatever number is on the scale at that point is fine with me - I know where I want/need to be BMI-wise, and I have a decent idea where that lies in terms of my weight, but I'm keeping GW flexible for now.0 -

As long as I'm healthy & feel good I don't really pay much attention to the scale. 130-135 seems is always when I'm at my healthiest0 -

I am 5'6, my CW is 172 and my GW is 142. Trying to lose some body fat and tone up. I'm just fighting this battle with my metabolism that seems to want to go into remission. Good luck everyone!!!0
