Who is working out on Christmas day?

I plan to give my body a Christmas present and do a workout and hour or so before the big meal

    After dinner, a 5 mile hike up a local mountain. I wouldn't normally do it on Xmas, but the weather is just too nice!

    I ran around my neighborhood for 40 min, then walked the dogs for another 10.

    Walked the dog a bit ago and when my son naps I'll hit the elliptical and weights. It's just another day to me.

    I am cat sitting for a fellow grad student who is in Scotland for the holidays. Since the buses are not running, I decided to walk 12 km (16,000 steps) one way (~775 cal).

    I am terrible DOMS today and I am not sure if I can walk the entire way back....

    Was my scheduled weights day so I did them and threw in cardio. Not logging my indulgences though. I'm on holiday. :)

    The sun is out and the temp is 48F. May do two 1/4 mile laps this afternoon instead of the min.

    I AM WORKING TODAY!.... :\ (office job)

    Just did a couple of walking laps outside of my workplace...get the heart rate up. Cold air felt great as well as the serenity of NO PEOPLE due to the holiday today.

    I have no choice, I need to keep on schedule and missed my workout yesterday when the gym closed early. =(

    This made me laugh. My grandpa used to say, "Are you masticating at the table?" He's passed now. Thanks for the memory. ;)

    As I remember the birth of Christ and the miracle of Christmas, I also got in two half hour swims! Morning and evening!
