Yep i ran today. did 11 miles at my fastest pace yet. 8:01 mins/mile :happy:

Went for an hour-long walk this afternoon. Had to get out of the house before I killed somebody. I think I've had enough quality time with my family. Still have another week and a half of winter break.0

Zombies Run 5K week 7, workout 2 completed before lunch today!0

Did a double workout on the 24th in case I didn't have time on the 25th (yesterday). Also did a few shrimp squats and bodyweight lunges.0

E'rday. Will have done about 23 km by the end of the day. More channels on the TV in the fitness room at the hotel. Lol0

Same workout I do every Christmas... 4 hours of cross-country skiing and jogging. Gets me through all the holiday gorging without any gains.0

gym closed at 3. i didn't actually get out of bed until 1, so didn't get to go. christmas sucks.0

Nope. Although I was on my feet a LOT more than usual cooking 3 big meals, cleaning up the house after all the chaos and pushing my kids on the swings outside. There wasn't really a break between cooking, cleaning and kid duty to do anything formal.0

Nope...early morning with the kiddos unwrapping gifts from Santa and the family and then busy preparations for Christmas dinner and house guests. No time for a workout for me, there was too much to do.0
