This is a quick, easy, and very filling meal (if you can eat it all)

Items In This Meal
Heb - Fully Cooked Reduced Sodium Chicken Breast, 1 piece (5 oz)
Spinach - Baby Spinach Leaves, 2 cup (50g)
Tomat - Roma Tomato, 1 Tomato
Hellmann's - Light Mayo, 1 tbsp (you can cut this in half)
La Tortilla Factory - Smart & Delicious Soft Wraps - Tomato Basil, 1 Wrap

Total: 350 cals - 11g fat - 895mg sodium - lots of vitamins

Cook the chicken however you want, i nuke it in a mostly covered bowl with 1tbsp water for 6 minutes.
Grab a couple big handfulls of washed spinach and lay it on your tortilla
Slice tomato and add to wrap
Add light mayo evenly
After chicken is done, cut into small bite-sized pieces and add to wrap

Roll that thing up and enjoy!
