Happy Boxing day

Hi Everyone. I once was fat then slim then fat then slim.. I am not the heaviest I have been in two years, I had to stop running due to oestioarthritis in my hip and now find I cannot walk far. I am on the waiting list for a cortisone injection which hopefully will let me be pain free and able to walk again. I am here to lose weight, give and receive support.. any takers???
