Lost then gained. Want to find fitbit friends to challenge.

Options
Like the title says, I've lost the weight before. I was very close to my goal weight when a personal tragedy happened and I gained a lot of what I worked very hard for back.

I want to find people who are dedicated and committed. I log my food daily. I use a fitbit charge to track all my activity. I want to find some people who want to make their health a priority.

I'm 30 with 2 kids. Work a corporate desk job.

I'm in the same boat: lost weight and then over the last few years gained all but 10 lbs back. For health reasons along, I need to lost 50 lbs. I also have desk job and I've just started my gallon a day water challenge (this is a personal challenge, not a group challenge).
I just started back with MFP and I'm committed as I need to ensure I do not have a stroke or any other major health issues as my blood pressure has gone sky high recently and I'm frankly scared.

I would definitely like to be part of your journey and have you join mine.

I'm 41 with 2 grown children so I really have zero reasons I cannot make these a priority.

I also use the FitBit Charge. I started my journey a month ago and have lost 12 pounds using MFP and my FitBit. I am very motivated and track daily regardless of what I eat (I even track the bad stuff).

I have gained 100 pounds since I got married 6 1/2 years ago. There have been many personal things that have contributed to this weight gain. I had to have a really hard talk with myself and decided I am done being fat and need to get my life back. I am extremely motivated.

I am still very new to this app and the FitBit app so I am not really sure how to add you...but please add me so we can challenge each other. What info do you need to add me as a friend on FitBit? I think my user name is hardeeshaw on FitBit and MFP.

To add an MFP friend, click their username. To add a Fitbit friend, you need their public URL. To find yours, go to Fitbit.com & click your profile pic at top right.

I'm 30, motivated, with 3 kids and love using my fitbit. I've got about 50 pounds more to go. I'll be your friend.

Here is my deal: I need you ladies! I need encouragement and motivation...especially in a couple months when I feel all is lost and want to dive into a tray of cookies. I will be turning FORTY this year... my son graduates this year and THE EX AND HIS WIFE will be there (not to mention lots of family and old friends whom I haven't seen in awhile). I NEED to be smokin' hot by then. Do you hear me? lol. Let's do this! Woot!

Thank you for posting this information. Ive had my "one" for two years, and had thoughts of replacing it for the latest/greatest...but so far nothing has tempted me. The "one" so far has been a perfect fit

Surge is available if you look. Some Target stores have it...I got mine today, but had to drive about 50 minutes to a store that had it. My "normal" Target is about five minutes away. I was anxious to get it. It's my first Fitbit device and has been on my arm since 12:00 Noon today.

I am pretty much in the same boat. I lost about 40 lbs than started nursing school in August. I gained about 15 lbs back and will keep gaining back if I don't get back on track. I had the zip but lost it many many months ago. My awesome hubby got me the Charge for Christmas so I am ready to get back on track.

I've been stuck at a plateau for so long, I feel like I want to quit. I'm very proud of your commitment to keep trying; even if you've gained some weight back. Hang in there! You can do it.

Thank you so much! You can do it, too!
