Bally workout

I have a Bally core toneing workout that I do for 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week and it gets me sweating and my heart pumping, but I have not been logging it because its not in the data base... Any ideas how to log this? I do not own a HRM and am a bit tight in the funds department so I can't exactly go out and get one (not to mention not knowing where to get one)

The kit I bought came with a sauna belt (or sweat band/belt), a twist board and a four-way ab stretch band.

    Aerobics would be my best guess. Another thing i've done would be to try to Google it and see what others say.
