I love MyFitnessPal but haven't really been active in the community... but I need to knuckle down and drop 4 stone so I am going to get involved. I've joined the over 50lbs group too.

I've decided to do a bit of a video blog too so that I can track changes visually... hopefully it will be of interest, please have a look and let me know what you think :smiley:
