My fitness goals for 2015 (they're basic but I want to keep it simple):

1. Log my calories and my exercise calories burned each and EVERY day
2. Begin a strength training program
3. Begin a walking program - walk 3X week (knee injury this past September sidelined my exercise for many weeks)
2. Reach my goal weight by the end of summer; need to lose about 45 pounds.

What are your fitness goals for 2015?

To have a healthy baby in June with a smooth labor, speedy recovery, and minimal weight gain.

That's the ultimate goal; to get there, my follow-through goals are:

    *Minimal fast food
    * vegetables and fresh fruit with every meal
    *strength training 4 x week
*cardio at least 30 min 5+ x week
tracking my food every day and staying within a predetermined calorie range

This right here! Logging in everyday to keep motivate. Success through small victories. Bye Bye little chocolates, candies, donuts... (little treats are my weakness, they're sneaky. lol)

Logging in every day. Being in control of my mind. That is the hardest part. Not letting stress and unhappiness interfere with my goals.

to lose this last 50 lbs and get back to pole dancing .

Hard to get back in after taking time off. It's frustrating how quickly you lose strength. I'm working my way back through the basics right now. Figured starting all over was the best way to build my strength back up.

Also want to lower my body fat % in 2015. I'd like to get it under 20% and keep it there. It's currently around 22-23%

....... and to find the time for myself and join a gym.

I really need to join a gym as well to get started on my strength training. I just don't have the space or equipment or knowledge to do it at home. Don't want to join a gym and then not utilize it properly (yes I realize it's all on me to use it regularly if I join -- just haven't taken the step out of my comfort zone yet to do it).

-complete C25K and hopefully race in one
-determine what I want my UGW to be (was 160, then 145, now I'm leaning towards 130/20% BF)
