Need to lose at least 50 lbs.. So basically an arm and a leg.. And the extra rolls in my stomach... Lol

Well stick to My Fitness Pal, don't deceive yourself, up the output and you can't go wrong. Lost 14Ibs Aug 2013 to June 2014 and have reeducated myself through this program. Just starting on final 8Ibs and know I can do it easily. Off for a cycle now. Biggest tip that worked for me - teach your mind that sugar is poison.
