    I tried it for a few weeks (the beachbody program) but ended up sending it back. It gave me bad pains in my wrists that took about 6 weeks to subside after I quit.

    Love it... I know several people that have improved strength, flexibility, and have lost weight. Starting over in a few days.....

    I am on week 3 & love it. It has helped my strength overall and helped tone my abdomen.

    I did it in August and September and I just started round :smile: I personally love it!

    I'm not sure what you would log it under. Maybe calisthenics low effort?

    Doing it now. I'm not sure how to log the calories burned? A few of them I feel like I'm really working out but others not as much. Wondering if I should add another workout on top of it?
