edited November 2024 in Success Stories
So, I have always looked on the success stories and hoped that one day I would be posting as well.
On the top picture was before I started losing weight and a horrible picture because I was working in the yard all day.
The middle pic I was getting ready for work.
The lower pic was Christmas Eve morning.
From the first pic to the last picture it is a difference of 86 pounds. I am starting to get my "butt chin" back. As unhappy as I am about that in so happy with losing this weight in just over 4 months.

Thank you all very much! I can't believe how much the change in weight effects how someone feels.
How I do it... I had gastric bypass and for years I thought it was the "easy way out" but after all the prep and work that I had to do and everything I have to do on a daily basis. I eat A LOT of fruits and veggies, drink water, I can only eat 1/2 cup of food at a time but I can eat anything. I just have to make smart choices.
