I've never had any kind of sushi.

I've had some sushi (there is a restaurant that we've been to--an Oriental-food smorgasboard, and they have sushi. About the only time I have it).

Here is the link to the article so you can read about it. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sushi

I should've said that I haven't tried it because I don't like seafood, most veg, cold rice or most dressings/dips/sauces, not because I don't know anything about it. The very idea of sushi turns my stomach to be honest, and I just could not eat raw meat or fish. Most people are just surprised that I haven't tried it, probably because availability and popularity of it here has soared in the last 10 years, everyone is expected to have tried something from a sushi bar!

    Tongue
My mom uses beef tongue for barbacoa and it is so good. I've taken some tongue right as it's come out of the cooker.

I've never eaten cactus, but would like to try it.
I've never eaten blood sausage or head cheese. Never will!

You can get jars of cactus at any supermarket that caters to a Spanish neighborhood.
In my old neighborhood (in San Diego), the supermarket used to have a lady up in front selling fresh cactus for people to eat as they shopped. I never got into it although it's not awful. I was happier when they had mangoes covered in chili powder.

I have never eaten brain, but have eaten eyeballs (lobster). Also no to balut, no no no.

    I've never eaten collard greens.

Beef tongue is DELICIOUS. Tastes like really rich roast beef.

I'll try pretty much anything once, but one thing I've never tried but really want to is Haggis. I hear it's really delicious if prepared well.

I've never had anything at the restaurant chipotle. That's outeageous, apparently. There's a special level in dante's inferno reserved just for me. I like chain restaurants but I'm not really into the kind of food that chipotle offers---I can't understand the hype.

I've also never had relish. Its the look and the thought of the texture that puts me off. Same with shrimp
