I quit playing the sport that kept me active about 6 months ago and I've gained a lot of weight since then. Trying to get back on track and be healthy once again!

Now I am using 3 things to help self monitor and motivate and it seems to be working. Daily weighing, daily recording portion size and calories, and daily noting some type of exercise. I also check my blood glucose.0
