100 DONE!!!!
But I must admit, I totally forgot about this challenge and still had 20 more to do when I noticed it was 11:55. But I still accomplished it before midnight... even though it was last minute!!!0 -
Oh man, I just did 65 in a row, to get me to my 100!! Only 4 minutes late!!0

Week one-100 squats
Varied-normal, with weights, sumo squats and jump squats0 -
Phooey!! Did 50 this morning, then my knees started barking. I still did my kickboxing class (with loads of modifying) and this round had lots of squats...but I didn't really complete the challenge.
About to foam-roll my IT band (helps the knees a ton) and try to find the victory in being smart about listening to my body.
Stairs-challenge tomorrow if the knees feel better.

I was a day late and I tried Monday's challenge last night. It was challenging! Knees went wobbly and it was a good workout!0
