When I find new and amazing music artists. Sometimes, I'll discover a new music artist I really like. It'll be 10 at night, I'm getting ready for bed. Then I start playing some of their songs ("just a couple of them"). But then I'll have a hard time turning off the music and then 10 PM turns to midnight. Sometimes, when I'm really feeling it, I end up dancing in my room at night because I have to get it out of my system . Lately, I've been getting into Glass Animals.
Either that or internet browsing, watching something, or sometimes insomnia. One time I went to bed at 10 and didn't fall asleep until around 3 - 4.Bad pillows.
Oh no, don't get me started on that .

The fact that I'm undateably ugly. Two years and counting. My skin crawls at the thought myself, it often stops me from sleeping.0

Acid reflux, needing to pee every few hours or being kicked in my organs hard enough to wake me. Pregnancy is so glamorous.0

Usually it's my AO that keeps me awake---no position is comfortable for long. Otherwise it's getting up to go to the bathroom once or twice a night.0

My snoring husband keeps me awake till I finally decide to get up and go sleep in the spare room across the house.0

The screaming toddler in the next apartment. She screams until about 1am and then starts again around 5am.0

Duck hunting - up at 2:30 AM, 2-hour drive, hike or boat in, set up decoys, watch a beatiful sunrise - otherwise lights out within 2 minutes of hitting he rack0

Last night it was my cat who kept bringing toys into the bed to play with me.0

when you think of certain people and imagine what they are doing. How they made you fell that day or if you will hear from them, can be a friend, a lover, a CRUSH, ohhhh and yes, urges, urges keep me up most of the nights.lol. so its my mind that wont rest.0

I think its anxiety... but I don't feel anxious. I have to use a CPAP and when the kids are watching TV and everyone is up and playing I fall right to sleep (I sleep in the living room) when everyone finally goes to bed I'm WIDE AWAKE... I have to feel totally exhausted to be able to out the CPAP mask on. All I know is when everyone else is asleep I can't sleep. I should be on C-shift...lol0

Anxiety here, too. I sleep very lightly and if anything wakes me up I'm up for the night. I suck at the "go to sleep" game.0

My brain for sure. It only wants like 2-4 hours of sleep. Sometimes less. Then I start thinking of ridiculous things that don't matter, then try to think of why I feel so anxious!0
