Hello fellow heath enthusiasts, I was wondering if anyone ate lamb? And what kids recipes you have to share?

I enjoy a good roasted leg of lamb...I cook it pretty much the same as I would could a rib roast. 325 until it's medium rare to medium...about 20-25 minutes per pound.

I also enjoy grilled lamb chops...I usually just season with some kosher salt, coarse black pepper, and oregano and grill to medium-medium rare.

I get a lamb every year and love the hell out of it.

No kids, so I have no recipes that kids might like, sorry.

Make a paste of good quality olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, kosher salt, cracked pepper, and lots of yummy rosemary and coat a leg of lamb. Refer to the packaging for recommended Temps and time. It's amazing served with a pine n nut couscous to soak up all the lovely juices. Love lamb. This made me hungry.
  • Sounds very yummy thank you
