Hi, I'm back after a 2 yr break. I'm back to the realization that the only way to lose is to keep a daily journal of my food intake and exercise routine. It's a wake up call to actually see how much you are eating and how little you exercise. I am back on track as of today and welcome any friendly support.     Welcome back. The act of keeping a food journal triggers something in your brain that causes you to make better choices about the types of food you consume. It is a great tool!! Good luck to you.
