Hopefully, I can stick with my goal of loosing 25 lbs this time. I have been trying for the last 3 years without success. My fault, I just didn't have the necessary will power to stay away from sweets/snacks. Hopefully, I can do it this time.

Right there with you, I've been here for nearly a year now, lost 12lbs, then gained most of it back......square 1 again. Feel free to add me as a friend.

I hear you both. I lost the same 5 pounds at least twice last year, but I am feeling committed...I'm looking for new friends too. Starting at 165 and hoping to lose at least 25.1

Same resolution every year, to loose at least 20 lbs. I am 72 year young and weighed 182 this morning. This year I am more determined to stick with my goal, only now, I have to loose at least 30 lbs.
I will stick to a low carb diet, eat more vegetables and drink lots of water
I will walk more and not watch too much TV
I will limit my sweets and sugar intake.
I know I can, I know I can......q1
