keep up the good work, if you have a health breakfast you wont be starving, I usually have porrige, its very filling, keep drinking too, sometimes we think were hungry and its thirst, Hope mfp works for you, i have only lost 8lb but I have firmed up millions because I am more aware of how little i used to exercise. add me if you like0
