    keep up the good work, if you have a health breakfast you wont be starving, I usually have porrige, its very filling, keep drinking too, sometimes we think were hungry and its thirst, Hope mfp works for you, i have only lost 8lb but I have firmed up millions because I am more aware of how little i used to exercise. add me if you like :)

    Welcome! Yep, lots and lots of water will help with that. The first few days are hard, but by the 3rd and 4th, it gets so much better. =)
