    I lost about 5 pounds in the first half of 2014 and managed to maintain the rest of the year - including the holidays (Yeah!). Need to be more disciplined this year. I'll report on Tuesday following my TOPS meetings.

    Struggles or successes of your week: I don't think I gained much over vacation but I am starting a new job and some new classes at school so I'm going to be even busier than last year. Even 1-2 hours at the gym is a large time commitment to me.

    I'm not new to MFP but new to the boards. I leave alone w/my fur babies so need some motivation to get going. Joined the 100 mile challenge (http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/19993-100-mile-monthly-walking-challenges) and will join this to see if I can get motivated. Lost 3 lbs last month so feeling good about myself

    I am down from 405 in August. I did a challenge a few months ago and it helped keep me focused, but then fell off the wagon. Jan 1 seems a great day to climb back on.
