Besides the obvious: Drink more water, avoid salt, cardio, ect...

^^This. I roll with it, as it will always happen for me as long as I menstruate. I continue on with normal workouts and eating habits. The extra 1-3 lbs is always gone within 3 days of start of cycle for me.0 -

The obvious!
I take a water pill if it's really bad, or I drink lots of green tea. But stay very well hydrated when using diuretics or you will just make it worse.0 -
Try to keep the salt to a healthy range and drink water...and wait.
I'm not big on taking pills I don't need, but you could ask your doctor about water pills, if it's really a problem.0 -
If I swim the day or two before, I keep the water gain to a minimum.
