Goal weight: +\- 120lbs is my overall goal which is around, from what I've heard, the average ideal weight for a woman. I am more concerned though with the inches around my tummy than my weight so that might change as I lose weight and start seeing a figure lol.

So many leftovers from Christmas and New Years Eve; stress eating from all the family gatherings because I have really bad social anxiety ... I just know I have gained a lot of weight since last month The silver lining on all this being I can wipe the slate clean and start afresh for 20150 -

I, too, would like to join! I started MFP a few weeks and am learning a lot, but have not made much in the way of changes. It's time for me to put in the effort. My daughter is getting married Jan. 24. I have already lost some weight, but have more to go!
