2014 Success 68 lbs Lost with before and after pics

I acheived 2014 goal of going from 228 to 160. Also, can do 38 push ups and 8 pull ups and run 12 miles at a 10:15 pace. 12-31-13 I could do none of those things. In fact, probably could not run a mile without stopping on 12-31-13.

This year my goal is to get to 151, run a half marathon in under 2 hrs, do 50 push ups and 20 pull ups.
