Been doing the same old thing for several years, that us trying to lose weught. But I an realky hopingvtgat this will be the last time. I know that it is up to me and no one else, so here goes. Day 1went ok, now day 2 and I think the key is going to be increasing the exercise. Do here goes!

Hi I'm on a new year mission too. Started the fast diet yesterday and today is fast day. ive tried so hard and get miserable when the weight dont come off. Give this ago and back to gym next week. Good luck to you and stay positive.0
