    Just so everyone knows this is not my official weigh in. My official is on Tuesdays at work on a shipping scale, while for this challange I will be weighing in at home. Not sure which is more accurate, and one has less clothes on so that is why any diffrence between any posted weights.

    Start have been nice - downloaded myfitnesspal to every electronic device what I have, had 20min hula hooping yesterday and fixed my exercise machine at home - now I need to replace batteries of my Polar watch and I will be ready for challenge :)
    - challenge will be sushi night with friends today evening as they promised good red wine and lot of sushis :D

    Struggles or successes of your week: - I'm already struggling! It's not even 9am and I'm way over where I should be for calories and fat. Darn peanut butter.... so delicious, but only good for you in very small doses! It's so hard to say no to it, though... I can totally motivate myself to get in a run after work on a Friday though, right? :)

    STRUGGLE: Felt like one of those annoying customers at a restaurant because I requested so many changes to the meal that I ordered to cut down on calories. I felt the need to apologize over and over. :neutral_face:

    SUCCESSES: I stayed within my calorie range; and I ran for the first time in almost a year and did better than I expected! :smiley:

    I started declining right around Halloween, and had a few good days between there and Christmas. The last two weeks have been back to my old habits and gained 6 pounds. i am so ready to get back to my lifestyle of tracking and being accountable. thank you for the posting this . . . I needed it!     Good for you!!!! And better to slightly annoy a waiter (even though I'm sure you didn't!) than regret your food choices. Way to stick to stick with it!

    Struggles or successes of your week - Getting past the "I'm still on vacation" mentality is going to be tough. In better news, I think I've started the year off right with a 2.015 mile race last night. It's amazing that it took us both a few minutes to figure out why there was that additional .015... haha.
