    It's been 3 months since I was diagnosed with Type 1 adult onset diabetes so daily exercise is pretty much mandatory. My weight loss has been steady....very slow but steady at 5lbs a month. I'd absolutely love to lose 8 but I have to keep it real lol.

    1/2 gained 1 lb!! :-( but have been working out every morning since monday!
    so i hope in about two weeks I see the scale going down a little. My diet is good.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Maintain work out routine and diet. Determining a day for a cheat meal so I don't feel "entitled" to cheat throughout the week. I think I'm going to go with Wednesday, it's my rest day and a day I struggle with healthy options anyway because I'm so busy that day.
