Help I am an emotional eater. I eat all the time and I am starving all the time. I loves salads but they are not filling.

    Beans, have lots of fiber. They will help keep you feeling full and drinking water.

    First of all- I feel your pain. I am an emotional eater as well. Salads aren't filling if you only eat the greens. You need more protein. Let me ask you-when you eat all the time, what are you eating? If it is carbohydrate based food then this is the problem. Too many carbs throws off your blood sugar which simulates hunger when you are not actually physically hungry. Eating more fat and protein instead of carbs would be the easiest way to avoid the fake hunger pains.
