I've dieted and exercised before. Lost a few pounds, and then lost my determination. Although I started this January 1st, [this is not a new year's resolution]. I do want to lose weight, but after that is all said and done I don't want to celebrate with a big mac. I want to maintain a healthier life style. If anyone would want to become a support system by adding me as a friend, I would love it!!!
