    I'm RIGHT there with ya. sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just keep chugging water and trying to stay busy. but jeez I could eat a cow today! :(

    i've been having a hard several weeks. lol. my advice is to go up to maintenance calories today and then go back to restricted calories tomorrow. hope you feel better soon.

    Well you have two choices

    ... eat a small piece of chocolate and the bread you want. Then go work out .. take a long walk..or what ever you like.

    Or

    Dont.

    Personally I dont think I would have the will power for the second.

    Sometimes it really is worth it to give into cravings...When I'm in that situation, and I decide it is truly worth it to me, I'll eat a little of what I'm craving. It's sometimes (only sometimes!) better than obsessing about it.

    And remember that calorie goals are set to weight loss, so going a bit over doesn't totally sabotage your progress. Just don't do it every day :smile:
