    For starters I'm planning to abstain from alcohol for a month and closely monitoring my calorie intake. I've also purchased a Fitbit tracker to monitor my activity; goals set at 10,000 steps a day as a starter as I don't want to over do it....

    Currently exploring the site for additional ideas...

    I'm with you.. I have a fitbit and will be eliminating alcohol for the month.. Hopefully will kick off 2015 with a few pounds less of me :)
