How did everyone do it? I am currently using medifast meals with trying to eat well rounded meals. I eat 5 small meals a day with one large lean and green meal.0

I'm a shorty too but find it's so hard to lose my 20 stubborn pounds!0

I started here on MFP (this time around) at the beginning of December, 2013. So, 9 months worth of work. Currently at 10 months worth of work and ~71 pounds down. I'm 4 pounds away from my initial goal weight, and probably 15 to 20 from my final goal weight.
I've done it strictly through calorie counting, IIFYM and lots of exercise. I've cut nothing out of my diet completely, eat 3 meals a day, snack only on occasion and eat fast food at least once a week.0 -
I'm almost 5' 3" and started at 181 and as of this morning, 121...One more pound to go!! All I did was eat at a deficit, and exercise. I never eliminated any foods from my diet, I eat 3 meals and snacks through out the day some days I go over, but mostly I'm within my range. You can do it!0

My name is Jeal and I am 5'3". This is from last year when i went from 185 to 155 (using the Beachbody program Insanity). I got off track and now I am back to 170. I do NOT want to see 185 again, so I post this as a reminder that I've done it before and I can do it again. My ultimate goal is to get to 135 and have visible abs.
Feel free to add me all0 -
this is great inspiration - tagging this so I can hopefully post a good after pic in a couple of months!0

I'm 5'0" and got down to 107 after my first baby (these photos were the last I took before getting pregnant with my son, taken at 111 lbs).
<Here's a link to my blog post with the before/after>
Working to get back there! Harder with two little ones than with one, but not impossible. All the best to you.0 -
I'm 4'11" (and a half) I've lost 47 lbs since the end of May and have just under 30 more to get to my initial goal weight. Hoping to reach that by August. I'm doing a ketogenic diet. This is the first time in my life I've ever tried to actually change my eating habits and I'm so excited to be successful at it.0

I'm 5'2" and would love to lose 60-80 pounds this year. I friend requested some of you and could really use some motivation. You all have done an excellent job.

I'm 4'9. I started at 263 sadly. On Dec 16th of 2013, I started with a friend of mine who is an incredible trainer. I worked up to 4 days a week. I was down 58 pounds as of Dec of 2014. I will be measuring again the end of January, but in July I was down 22 inches all around. The pics posted are as follows: blue t shirt is the start, orange tank top June and Black side shot just the other day. I've never been thin as an adult, but as of right now my goal is to reach 150 and reevaluate from there. Hope this encourages you. Short girls rock!

I've done it with Medifast. 51 pounds in 4 months! The best is normal blood sugar now. I HAVE to keep it off!0
