100+ to lose & looking for accountability

I am starting today on the road to lose somewhere around 125 lbs. I know support and accountability are crucial. I have support at home, but not from others who have or are currently walking this road. I would love to connect with others who are on this journey.

Add me too! I weigh about 260, my goal is 140. The last time I can remember being thin, I weighed 160 and wore a size 10. I want out of the double digit clothes (even though I look darn good in a 12)...but most importantly I need to lower my blood pressure and risk of diabetes. My first real goal is to lower my resting heart rate and BP.0

Yep, getting married in 2015. Weigh too much. Need to lose 90 lbs but will be happy with 60 by July 11th. I'm not viewing this as a diet but as a healthier way of doing things and losing weight will be the by-product.0

Now for my introduction. I am 45, 252 pounds, would like to lose 52 of those pounds first of all. I too have high blood pressure and I am taking meds for it. I want off of those meds!!!! I am also very close to being a diabetic according to my doctor. So weight lose is one of the suggestions he gave me.0
