Looking for some low calorie breakfast and lunch ideas that leave you feeling full and satisfied.

I just had a cup of Dr. McDougall's Black Bean and Lime soup - 200 calories and 20 grams of protein. SO YUMMY0

I hate oatmeal, so I eat cream of wheat instead. Cold cereal doesn't seem to keep me full as long as hot cereal does.0

I always have a light yogurt and a fiber one bar - 200 calories. Lunch is normally a healthy choice meal - popcorn for a snack!0

for breakfast a hard boiled egg and an orange.
lunch seems to be leaving me hungry lately, maybe I should add another egg to my salad.0 -
