All cultures have some pretty good dishes - well, not sure about Inuit food. I'll pass on that. They all have their fair share of nasty food, too. I personally really enjoy a little of everything. Thai, Lebanese, Ethiopian, Indian...too many to choose from. <3

The deliciousness of Ethiopian cuisine was a big surprise to me. Loved it!

I live in a very rural area of the US southwest. I make most of the food at home and that ranges from refried beans and tortillas to posole. Over in the next county they have restaurants like McDonald's, Burger King and Wendy's. For me that's pretty ethnic ;-) I travel a lot internationally and like the food in Mexico, Brasil, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Turkey, Lebanon, Dubai, India and Thailand. Two things I will not eat are kimchee and lutefisk.
