I'd NEVER exercised. I'm over 50 and have never exercised - never wanted to. But watching my dad, a consummate couch potato, age and lose mobility, I decided it's time for a needed change. A friend suggested the book, Younger Next Year, and I was inspired. I've low carb dieted and exercised 6 days a week for 45 minutes since February 7th; I've lost 54 pounds so far.
