That is Fantastic man!!!! Keep it up!!! I've lost 50 pounds since last March and gained muscle along the way - went from 220#+ to 170#+. If I can do it, so can you. Just stay with it and it will work out!!!0

what was your diet and exercise plan?
This is a little bit hard to answer... or may be too simple. I try to follow the IIFYM philosophy. I'm always trying to fit my macro-nutrients and eat the right amount of calories every day. I'm way far from perfect, and I've failed so many days, and will fail so many more, but I have committed myself to do it better every time.
As for the exercise part, I started to walk. At least 30 minutes every day. Then, I started with my bicycle... actually, I try to walk every day, and bicycle at least twice a week, 20km every time. I also prefer body weight exercises for now, and I have a couple of weights at home that I use 3 times a week. That's basically it.
Yes, it takes time, but it's worth it.0 -
Well, I have to correct myself, and I couldn't find the "edit post" option... I started using MFP on April 2014, not 20130
