Hopefully you all have realized your 2014 goals. Even if you didn't, it's a new year and time to set some new ones, hit the gym and start chipping away at them. What are y'all hoping to accomplish this year?

    Hmm, I'd like to get my body fat a couple more percent. I'm going to complete a 1/2 marathon in March hopefully. I guess my goal is to just keep doing what I am doing and see where it gets me. Add a bit of mass, lose a bit of fat. Maintain the same weight or therabouts.

    @hornsby - I'm doing a half in March too (the 29th). :)

    My goal is to FINISH the half - no time goals.
    The only other goal I have is to maintain my current weight.

    Good luck guys!
  • Have been doing Insanity for two weeks now, once I started up this app didn't realize how much calories I was ingesting. This app is helping me out to maintain my calorie intake. :D

    My big goal is to complete the Spartan Vermont Beast (16+ miles, average 8hr completion time). I am also going to double Trifecta. Things like losing weight and increasing strength/endurance are required for these to happen.... :)
  • Run a 1/2 marathon... Not too concerned about time, I just want to finish it. I've been running casually for a long time, but I think it's finally time to up the ante.
