The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of January. Let's keep active and start the year off right!

    Jan. 1 strength training (upper body), C25K - 1 hr.
    Jan. 2 strength training (abs), 30 min. stair master - 1 hr.
    So far: 2 hrs.

    I was late posting the challenge this month so will post earlier next month. Thanks for getting it going.

    Jan 1 (Thurs) - 60min yoga, 15min strength (22hrs 45min left)
    Jan 2 (Fri) - 30min yoga (22hrs 15min left)

    4/01/15 - 20 minutes - 107 calories (haha this downward cycle needs to stop!)
