I lost over 20 lbs on MFP two and a half years ago, then gained it all back last summer. Yikes! I'm 33 and back at it. I'd love to have another friend!

  • Hey, I'm 40 and looking to get back to 60 kg for a start. My ideal weight would be 54 kg, but I want to keep motivated and realistic - that was my ideal weight when I was 20 lol. I've started exercising at home and logging my food intake and already lost 1 kg, even with all the holiday eating! Feel free to add me as a friend, we can do this!

I just turned 40 this past summer. I don't want another decade like the last...steadily watching the scale creep up and my energy decline. Time to reverse it.

Anyone that wants to add me feel free to do so.

I'm 39, too.... I will be 40 in August. I ran a marathon last April, but then my weight suddenly spiked 10 lbs or so over the summer... no idea why. I'm hoping to lose about 15 lbs before my bday and think it's going to be really hard, so the support on here should be great!!
