Fit bit app syncing for cals

I have a fit bit and I have the app synced to mfp. But on my added step calories adjustment is saying it's based on my iPhone 5s step count and not on the fit bit syncing. What am I doing wrong?

In the MFP app, go to More > Steps > Fitbit.

ah cool. I think i needed an app update to get to all that stuff! Should be fixed now

Your Fitbit burn is your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure). If you eat less than that, you will lose weight.
