What would you say a days worth of carbs should be?

Try to keep your carbs to below 100 grams a day & do a lot of walking, eating green vegetables like broccoli & spinach will also help.

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce. Diet is 80% of your results, keep it clean, strength train and do HIIT and you will start to see a difference.

You can cut carbs- I've heard people have good results with it. But generally speaking you can't target fat loss- you just have to lose overall fat - your body decides on where and how to distribute it.

For what it's worth I eat redonk amount of carbs and my abs are about as flat as abs get.

The pp is 100% correct about You can't spot reduce.

My fav cookbook is the NEW Abs Diet cookbook. All teh food is portioned very well and has great reciepes. Even though you can't spot reduce, you can eat correctly!

I try to stay below 60 grams when I'm trying to lose, and below 75 when I'm in maintenance mode.
