Hi there!
My name is Kat and I am new to MyFitnessPal. I am looking for some healthy supoort going into the new year and am anxious to read more posts from everyone.
I, like many of you, have been through the emotional rollercoaster dieting my entire life. I'm hoping to get into a normal diet, without fad dieting, with exercise to achieve and maintain a healthy body and lifestyle.

    Happy new year Kat! I'd love to lose and learn to maintain. I've always been a big yoyo dieter with constant weight loss then gain

    I been reading Fit for Life. It's a bit dated, but the theories make a lot of sense to me. Have you set any fitness goals for 2015? I find that helps ;)
