Sorry, I'm a couple days late but I thought I'd join in the fun! I'm re-committing myself to being healthy after a year of a ton of stress at work and generally not treating myself very well. Would like to join a little late. Starting this year up 16 lbs and 3.5 inches larger in my stomach alone! Slow start to exercising after a car accident last week. Just bruised ribs so hoping for quick recovery.

Struggles or successes of your week: In this second half of winter break, I have realize how terribly I eat when I have nothing to do. During the school year (I am a grad student) I usually don't have time to eat or just eat enough to keep me going. On break, I have so much free time, I spend so much time in bed, and I eat whenever I want. It's led me to gain 8 lbs, so for at least two weeks I'll be struggling to get back to where I was. I also noticed that not biking to campus and back every day has a HUGE impact on my weight..0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: I have been following through with one of my initial goals to plan/prep/cook all my meals ahead of time for breakfast, lunch, dinner and any snacks allotted for each day. So far I've stuck to this system and it is helping a lot with snacking and any "spontaneous eating". If it isn't planned, it isn't consumed.0 -
