This is a BBC Doc that covers two studies of forced eating to gain weight research. It is packed with info and surprises. One hour long with music I could have lived without. It was sad they confirmed obese children are stuck with more fat cells begging to be filled for life.

    I had never seen it before but as I was telling another it really pulled together a lot of the things that I have read over the past months on the subject of dieting. There is a lot of other research going on that I read about and hopefully some of those results will be released in 2015.
