I want to be able to get into and hold a crow pose. I'd also love to drop 3 pants sizes , but would be happy with two I'd also like to improve my flexibility and get through a core flow yoga class without cursing the cute little instructor in my head haha

Hopefully you all have realized your 2014 goals. Even if you didn't, it's a new year and time to set some new ones, hit the gym and start chipping away at them. What are y'all hoping to accomplish this year?
I put on 83lbs last year well this year it's coming off. Happy married life has caught up and this year I'm getting shredded. Start #1 of my 30day shred tomorrow! Hoorah0 -
I want to be healthier , eat cleaner, and just move more!! :-) I want to have more energy. I also would like to lose about 35lbs .......no more high blood pressure scares!!!0
