Hiya I am just starting my weight loss goal I am starting a juice plus diet and healthy eating diet I'm also trying to get more fit by doing exercises :D

    If you juice to diet, its not a good idea! Juice for the vitamins. I recommend smoothies over juice and don't deprive yourself. It sounds like you're being to restrictive!

    You have a shake in the morning and one in the afternoon and a healthy Dinner and you can snack through the day on healthy foods and the shakes are full of all the vitamins and protein you need

    Why not just eat at a caloric deficit? You will be losing weight and eating food.
