Hello

Hey all,

I just started using the site two days ago. I came via Garmin Connect :)

My goal here is not so much to lose weight, well a little, but mostly it is to monitor my food intake with a view to lowering the sugar and fat content in my diet. I live in Scotland and our diet here is not so healthy. Avoiding the bad stuff is harder than I thought it would be!

I hope to learn some handy tips on how to get the best out of the site and maybe on how to improve my diet.

    I am also from glasgow and i know what u mean abt the scottish diets lol makes it quite difficult to stick to a diet. Good luck with your goal x
  • Heya, it hard innit!! There is so many options where we are but few of them healthy. Looks like I will be cooking most of my food from scratch!
