What is your daily goal? How much are you logging? Do you weigh solids and measure liquids?

Are you full? Getting plenty of vitamins and minerals, not feeling lethargic? Then you're fine.
  • I eat well & drink water. I also take my vitamins daily. Just seems like a lot to eat daily. 1800 cal
  • Are you recording your calories consumed correctly. 1800 aint that much if your splitting it into 3.. either than or you just don't eat much.... AKA a cheap date!

I'm a 6'2 male and 1800 cal is my recommendation for losing, and I struggle to reach that.

I'm struggling, too. I have almost 1700 per day allowance and haven't been near that since the 1st. I'm just stuffed.

I set my loss goal pretty high and try to stay underneath it but don't sweat it if I go over. Most times I don't eat as much calories as it says I should but that just leaves room during the night to snack on whatever I want. Maybe start eating earlier in the day and instead of just having three meals, eat 4 or 5 throughout the day. They don't have to be big meals but could be something like Greek nonfat yogurt with fruit and nuts.
