Relax - Live one day at a time

Many things in life seem like such a huge challenge when we look at them as one big step. Regarding our fitness goals, this certainly applies. I could look at my target of trying to lose 120 lbs and be overwhelmed and allow myself to be defeated before I even started. Now I am almost 6 months in and have lost 64 lbs, more than halfway there. I'm doing it by taking one day at a time and breaking my fitness goal down into very small pieces. I feel as if I have finally found the solution to a problem I've dealt with for many years.
